Solace Update and Look at Silver Belle & Rayo!

Solace’s blood work from yesterday showed continued improvement!  He’s quite the character and it’s really amazing to see him run to the barn at feed time!  You can tell what time of the day is because Little E and Solace are right there to remind you!

I took inventory of our medical supplies and we need to order some things – if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.  I hate to keep asking for help but we operate totally from donations and can’t do this without help from the public.  We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit all volunteer organization – we are not funded by the local, State, or Federal government.

Solace is still on SMZ’s and Sulcrafate and needs sponsors for another container of each.

· A container of SMZ’s is $49.44 (this one we have about 10 days worth left)
· A container of Sulcrafate is $189.11 (he needs this one urgently – we only have a few days worth left)

Would anyone like to sponsor either any of this?  If you would like to help donations can be called directly into the vet’s office at 352-237-6151.  Just please advise when you call in what the donation is for.

We also need help purchasing Banamine and a few other items for the supply cabinet that we keep on hand.  Also needed are double Velcro latching horse size fly masks.  Of course there is always hay – we need to make another hay run tomorrow for 2 of the large 700 lb compressed bales – they are about $125 each. Donations can be called into Larson’s for help with hay at 352-867-8333.
