Urgent – Trio Needs Help – Christmas Save
I find myself reaching out to you all again for help. I got the call this afternoon – three horses are going to be sized by AC tomorrow if we don’t take them. The ACO told me they have been rescued in the past and here they are needing help again. I’ll be darned if they are going to be put into another bad or iffy situation! There are 2 QH’s and a Morgan. They are ages 8, 12, and 13.
Please help by becoming a foster for one or more of these horses – be it a onetime donation or a commitment to make a monthly donation to help. If anyone can help please email me ASAP with “Holiday Trio” in the subject line. Let’s pull together and help these horses to have the same chance Hollie got. Hollie is doing well. Her teeth were done today and she is quite amazed with her “new” mouth. We can’t help these horses without help from others. Donations are tax deductible and no amount is too small. I had two job interviews today. If I get either one (or any job for that matter), BHFER will start getting a monthly donation from me, starting with my first paycheck. I’m hopeful that I will get one of these and I should know by the end of next week. I’ll let you know as soon as I know.

Just today, I received the proof copy of my book of horse poetry. One of my purposes in writing this book was to help the horses. And to help the people who have the courage and inner strength to help horses in need. You are definitely one of those whom I would love to help.
I will donate copies of my book, and you are welcome to auction the copies to help raise the funds for these horses. And for Hollie. I particularly love the old horses who are so deserving of good care and kindness. And it is very important to me that Hollie gets well, and lives her life in comfort and kindness until its end.

Congratulations on your book of horse poetry! I can’t wait to see/read it! Yes, I would love to do this. And perhaps someday soon you could help me learn how to write and publish a book. Many people have suggested to me that I write/publish children’s books about some of horses like Baby Girl, Aaleyah Belle, Baby Ray, and Hollie. I would love to – their stories may help other horses! I just don’t know how to go about even starting. 🙁
