I had the privilege of visiting Beauty’s Haven a couple of years ago and I was totally impressed with horses, the setup and the volunteers. Theresa goes above and beyond to do everything possible to help a horse. Morning, noon or night, weekends, holidays, Theresa and the volunteers are there working to provide the best care with love to each and every horse. I follow this rescue on FB and am always amazed how much care these horses get and how Theresa goes to any length possible to save a horse. I have visited many horse rescues all over Florida and Beauty’s Haven is the best I’ve seen. Theresa’s heart is truly for the horses, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind. I have often told my husband, WHEN we win the lottery, I won’t hesitate to give much of it to Beauty’s Haven Rescue. – Bobuddy

Great organization!! They work all hours of the day and night to save horses and donkeys. They are extremely dedicated to the cause of rescuing and rehabilitating horses and donkeys that have been neglected and abused. Wonderful people with outstanding dedication and kind hearts. – cbende02

I have been to this rescue and know how hard Theresa and everyone works. There have been many horses that would have died had it not been for Theresa. She is a rare person, an angel for so many horses, donkeys and burros who have nowhere else to go. They find new homes or some live out their lives right there. Many happy faces greet visitors to the rescue. I sponsor several horses and do what else I can to help. If I lived closer I would be there all the time and can’t wait till I can go back again. She has the best volunteers and her family are the best!! If you can send a donation they can always use the money. If you can volunteer some time they always use the help. If you can sponsor a horse it will make you feel so good knowing you are changing the life of a horse!! – Cyndi H

I have been following and donating to this rescue since the day Theresa rescued Betsy Rose. From that day forward I have found that Theresa is most amazing human being on the planet. She is an inspiration to all of us who know or have just had the pleasure of meeting her just once. I recently went to their celebration and got to meet some of the animals she helps and met the  awesome volunteers.  Some of those volunteers drive for 3 hours to go there.  Theresa is relentless, she never gives up until the rescued animal lets her know they are done and want to cross the Rainbow Bridge.  She has great staff and really good vets that go above and beyond for all the rescues. If I lived closer I would be there every weekend volunteering but due logistics that’s not possible.  I do what I can by donating when there is a huge need.  I follow other rescues on Facebook but this is the one I choose to send funds to.  They are an amazing bunch of good folks and I thank God for them every day! – Donna K
