3 Horses – the gelding
Remember the 3 horses we took hay to last week? We didn’t have room for them but ending up having to bring 1 of the 3 here because she was colicing. This evening we checked on the remaining 2 horses (mare and gelding) and I am a bit concerned about the gray TB gelding. He didn’t seem to be feeling very well. Temperature, RR, HR were all normal. I’ll check on him again in the morning. Is there anyone that has a spot for him? We won’t leave either horse behind – we need to find them homes and remove them at the same time. They are located near the rescue – near Ocala, FL.

Teresa, I dont know if my note came through but Im off 464 and 41 near you. I have a paddock not being used. Its needs one fence post replaced, and I dont have any money to buy hay or pay for their care, but if utd on all vacs (My roomie has 2 retired TB,s) they are welcome to the paddock until you can get them safer homes. Im ill but can feed and medicate as needed and they would be safe. I will have to double check with my roomie in the morning if you are interested. I would also need help fixing the fence post. Thank you for all you do.

Thank you Tamie we’ll keep this in mind. He isn’t UTD on anything. We would have to find full sponsorship for him that would commit to paying for his care until adopted. We’re just maxed on funds. Hopefully a home offer will come up soon. I’ll definitely keep you info though just in case.
