Sachet update

Sachet had been up and down today and running a fever. She just looked like she felt bad – she is in the worst shape of the trio. Dr. Cadena came out to examine her (Dr. Ryan is out of town) and more blood work was done. She was oiled. She is fighting some sort of infection and has been started on antibiotics. All three of the trio are getting antibiotics as their blood work came back with pretty close numbers. Sachet is also being treated for ulcers.

We’ll be keeping check on her – on all of them. The stress on their bodies was great and rehab is going to take time. We have to be patient and take it slow – there are still things that could go wrong. Sometimes the effects of starvation on organs aren’t known until well into what you believe to be a good recovery period. Yesterday was a bad day for Nevada – he had issues with his back left leg. I’m not sure what happened but today he is better. I watch them like a hawk – sometimes probably too much. Please keep all of them in your prayers.
