Mending Fences

April 2016 marks our 10 year #anniversary for helping horses as a registered non-profit! How appropriate it is that the #ASPCA Help a Horse Day is also in April!  This year, our #HelpaHorse #Celebration is on April 23rd from 12 – 3 pm.  We hope you can join us and meet the horses that you support.  By attending, you would also be helping us to potentially win a grant of up to $25,000 for the horses!

Can’t attend but still want to help us win a grant?  No worries – there are ways!  We will be posting a #challenge a day for the next 10 days leading up to our April 23rd #Celebration.

Each daily challenge provides specific information about how you can help from a distance!  We #believe we can win one of the grants with your help!

Safety is paramount here so our first Help a Horse Day 10 day #countdown challenge is a way for you to #ComeToTheirRescue and help by #MendingFences from a distance!

HELP A HORSE / 10 Year Anniversary Challenge Day 1

BOARDS, BOARDS, AND MORE BOARDS!Fence

We need to replace several fence boards to help keep our horses contained and safe. Each board is $9. Today’s challenge is to procure 10 boards. We actually need 16 but 10 is a good goal!
